SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Once you have placed your order, and we have received all the correct relevant information for your personalisation, processing is generally 5-7 working days.

This can change due to season or sale periods, but rest assured we will contact you and have your order shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery times vary between 1-3 working days, and 1-2 additional days for rural delivery.

You should receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours from when your order has been collected by the courier driver.

RETURN POLICY

Because all of the products that we offer are personalised, unique and engraved to order, we can only accept returns when the error is ours, based on the information provided.

We will be happy to replace or refund in these instances.
